The ique 3200 is the latest pda/gps from garmin and it is the base model in the ique family. garmin has started with the basics by giving the 3200 the palm os 5.2, a powerful 200mhz processor and 32 megs of memory for downloading map data or other palm applications. basic palm applications such as address book, calculator, date book, memo pad, and to do list are included with the ique 3200 plus infrared communication, sd card expansion slot, and a vibrating alarm as well.
garmin que applications such as gps clock, address lookup, electronic mapping, track log, trip computer, automatic route generation, and turn-by-turn voice guidance will help you navigate the roads with the ique 3200. garmin's own que technology will allow you to sync your appointments in your appointment book with the address in your contact list so that the ique 3200 will start a navigation to the address associated with the appointment. the ique 3200's unique, flip-up waas * gps antenna automatically initiates gps navigation and begins acquiring satellite signals when it is extended. the antenna folds discreetly in the back of the unit when the user is not navigating.
the ique 3200 comes with a loadable basemap for north america with generalized information on highways, major city streets, highway exit services, railways, rivers, lakes, and state, provincial, and national borders. the ique 3200 also has the added benefit of detailed street information on the included mapsource™city select north america cd-rom, giving users the capability of looking up restaurant addresses, hotels, local attractions, transportation hubs, emergency services, and much more. once a desired point of interest is chosen, you have the capability to view more info or even show it on the map screen. the ique 3200's internal speaker will give vocal turn-by-turn directions. garmin has also included the auto suction cup mount, 12 volt adapter with external speaker for clear voice guidance and the ability to charge the internal lithium -ion battery while in the vehicle.
